Accessibility Statement

agentiQu is committed to making its website usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We regard digital accessibility as a core product requirement and work to maintain it continuously.

Compliance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to Israeli Standard (IS) 5568, in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility) Regulations, 5773–2013. WCAG is built on four principles - content should be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

Accessibility measures we have taken

  • An on-site accessibility menu - the floating button in the corner of every public page - for enlarging the text, turning on high-contrast colours, reducing motion, and highlighting links; your choices are remembered in your browser.
  • Semantic HTML landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) on every page.
  • A “Skip to main content” link as the first item reachable with the keyboard.
  • Full keyboard operability - no feature requires a mouse or pointer.
  • Clearly visible focus indicators that are never removed without a replacement.
  • Accessible names and labels for every control, with errors and status messages announced to screen readers via live regions.
  • Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images hidden.
  • Text and interface colours chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios; information is never conveyed by colour alone.
  • Layouts that reflow and remain usable at up to 200% zoom and with enlarged text.
  • Support for the operating-system “reduce motion” preference.
  • Automated accessibility checks (axe-core and eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y) that run in our continuous-integration pipeline, complemented by manual keyboard and screen-reader testing.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware of, and actively working to improve, the following:
  • Embedded third-party content (for example the cookie-consent banner, hosted forms, and API-reference viewer) is partly outside our direct control. We choose vendors with accessibility support and provide alternative contact routes where needed.
  • Some downloadable documents (PDFs) may not yet be fully tagged. Where possible we provide the same information as an accessible HTML page; on request we will supply an accessible alternative.
The on-site accessibility menu described above is built into the website itself; we do not use third-party accessibility overlays or “widget” plugins.

Feedback and contact - accessibility coordinator

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in an alternative format, please contact our accessibility coordinator. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.When reporting an issue, it helps to include the page address, a description of the problem, and the browser and assistive technology you were using.

Enforcement

This statement reflects the current state of our accessibility work and is reviewed periodically. If we are unable to resolve a concern to your satisfaction, you may contact the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities at the Israeli Ministry of Justice.

רמת התקן

האתר נבנה בהתאם להנחיות WCAG 2.1 ברמה AA ולתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568, בהתאם לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג–2013.

הסדרי הנגישות באתר

  • תפריט נגישות באתר - הכפתור הצף בפינת כל עמוד ציבורי - להגדלת הטקסט, הפעלת ניגודיות גבוהה, צמצום תנועה והדגשת קישורים; ההעדפות נשמרות בדפדפן שלכם.
  • מבנה דף סמנטי (כותרת, ניווט, תוכן ראשי וכותרת תחתונה) בכל עמוד.
  • קישור ”דילוג לתוכן הראשי“ כפריט הראשון הנגיש במקלדת.
  • תפעול מלא באמצעות מקלדת - אין צורך בעכבר.
  • סימון מיקוד (פוקוס) ברור ובולט.
  • שמות ותוויות נגישים לכל פקד, והודעות שגיאה וסטטוס המוקראות לקוראי מסך.
  • טקסט חלופי לתמונות בעלות משמעות; תמונות קישוט מוסתרות מקוראי מסך.
  • ניגודיות צבעים העומדת בדרישות WCAG AA; מידע אינו מועבר באמצעות צבע בלבד.
  • שמירה על שימושיות בהגדלת תצוגה עד 200% ובהגדלת גופן.
  • בדיקות נגישות אוטומטיות בתהליך הפיתוח, לצד בדיקות ידניות.

מגבלות ידועות

על אף מאמצינו, ייתכן שחלקים מסוימים אינם נגישים במלואם - בעיקר תכנים מוטמעים של צד שלישי וקבצים להורדה (PDF). אנו פועלים לשיפור מתמיד ונשמח לספק חלופה נגישה לפי בקשה. תפריט הנגישות המתואר לעיל מובנה באתר עצמו; איננו עושים שימוש בתוספי ”אוברליי“ או ”וידג'ט“ לנגישות מצד שלישי.
