The only personal information we collect is your email address, and only if you voluntarily submit it through our waitlist form. We do not collect names, payment data, browsing history, or any other personal data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your email address solely to:

• Notify you when agentiQu is available or when early access opens.
• Send occasional product announcements relevant to your interest.

We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How Your Data Is Stored

Waitlist submissions are processed and stored via Google Forms / Google Sheets. By submitting your email, you acknowledge that your data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

This site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Firebase may collect standard server logs for security and diagnostic purposes. These logs are not linked to your email address.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies on our marketing pages for the following purposes:

• Consent management (functional): CookieYes stores your cookie preferences so we can respect your choices on return visits.
• Analytics (with consent): PostHog collects anonymised usage data to help us understand how visitors interact with the site. This is only activated after you accept analytics cookies.
• Visitor identification (analytics, with consent): We use RB2B, a B2B visitor-identification service. When you visit our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses.
