All content on this Site — including the name "agentiQu", the logo, design, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of agentiQu and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Joining the waitlist does not create any contractual obligation, does not guarantee access to any product or service, and does not constitute a purchase or reservation.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, agentiQu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed USD $100.

The Site uses Google services (Google Forms, Google Fonts, Firebase Hosting). Your use of those services is governed by Google's terms and policies.
